Adam Aircraft trustee seeks to auction assets

The trustee in Adam Aircraft’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case filed motions Thursday seeking to auction off company assets with a minimum purchase price of $10 million, with the goal of getting approval of the sale April 9 and closing the deal by April 15.

TGK-10 Auction

Finnish utility Fortum confirmed on Friday it has won an auction in Russia to acquire a controlling stake in utility TGK-10.
Fortum said the value of the transaction is about 2.7 billion euros ($4.1 billion) if it gets a 100 percent holding in the company. It plans to use long-term loans to finance the deal.

Phillips de Pury & Co auction takes 21.9 million pounds

Phillips de Pury & Co. raised a total of 21.9 million pounds, at the third auction of contemporary art in London this month, helped by a 2.1 million-pound Richard Prince painting”Nurse” and a 1.8 million- pound Damien Hirst spot painting.
The presale estimate for the 111-lot auction was 20.6 million pounds to 30.1 million pounds.

Universal Music has won the auction for Univision Music, the leading Spanish-language record company in the US.
